Petroleum Storage Tanks

EEI personnel have extensive experience in dealing with all facets of petroleum storage tank removal and the potential environmental problems that arise from their use and closure. EEI specializes in the removal and closure of underground tanks, and the clean up operations that frequently follow.

The Virginia Petroleum Storage Tank Fund (VPSTF) was created to ease the financial burden placed on those held responsible for leaking tanks. EEI has been tremendously successful in working with the VPSTF. EEI clients receive reimbursements that average >98% of their expenditures on VPSTF-related projects.
